Foldable Houses
- Life expectancy of 15 to 20 years
- Light Steel Gauge Frame is made of hot tensil galvanized steel that so cannot rust
- Available in sizes between 12 and 60 sqm
- Bigger sizes available by connecting several units
- Structure can be folded up by 2 people in 45 minutes without heavy machinery
- Including internal fit out ready to use in less than 24 hours
- No concrete slab foundation needed, since very stable through own weight of 2-3 tons and has its own foundation
- 6-12 units can be transported in one container, which saves massively on transportation costs
- Can be used for housing, hospital, workshop, school, clinic, etc
- Easy to move to new locations
Container Houses
The container houses are the competitor of normal container houses and therefor can be offered but we recommend foldable houses.

- Arrives ready to use immediately
- No concrete slab foundation needed, since very stable through own weight
- Design and size less flexible than foldable house or bunk house
- Easy transport since standard size

- Made of LGSF steel so cannot rust

- Used a lot in mining and remote locations
Sandwich board prefabricated houses
- Life expectancy 10-15 years
- Low transport cost since assembly only at destination
- Concrete slab needed
- More economical than LGS
- Easy to assemble
- Total flexibility

- Building time less than 50 % of conventional building methods
LGSF
- Life expectancy of structure up to 100 years
- Low transport cost since assembly only at destination
- Concrete slab needed, not foundation like with normal bricks-> cheaper

- Building time less than 50 % of conventional building methods
- Cement fibre cladding allows exterior appearance to be adapted to local architecture
